Restaurant by Autor Chef, in Évora, is a place to taste the flavours of the world, highlighting typical products from the Alentejo. Through his cuisine, Autor Chef brings several proposalsfor dishes that combine flavours from the Alentejo with other flavours from the world, such as Cação soup, salsa and olive oil from the Alentejo, bowls with vegetables and aromatic herbs from the Alentejo region, lam tataki site with lemon couscous or cod with ” Migas ” figs, are some of the proposals. Local products add a special touch, olive oil and herbs are the preferred elements in the seasoning of food. Desserts are made taking into account the maximum sugar reduction, with an option of daily flavoured water, fresh fruit juices and smoothies.
